All job candidates first complete an employee evaluation to get a sense of your career goals, interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and analytic skills.
All candidates also are required to go through pre-employment screenings that include a drug test, background and credit check, social security validation, employment history verification, education history verification, and a check of DMV, civil court, and professional license records.
You will also be asked to complete a skills assessment to get a sense of your abilities in typing, data entry, the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, QuickBooks, etc.), bookkeeping, legal, medical, proofreading, WordPerfect and customer service or call center skills. These assessments may change based on the positions to which you are applying.
