Having served on and chaired several executive boards, Debbie excels in bringing people, ideas, and resources together in order to execute a common goal. Her infectious personality and abundant energy are only paralleled by her drive to produce positive results through teamwork, consistency, and integrity.
Heinz Little, CPA, CTS
President and Treasurer
Heinz is a transformational leader who understands how to cultivate and develop individuals to achieve their fullest potential. His successful background in both athletics and business illustrates his capacity to organize and lead dynamic teams. Heinz has an uncanny ability to relate to and positively impact the lives of everyone he meets. Angel Lane, SPHR, CPC, CTS
Vice President of Human Resources
Angel Lane is the Vice President of Human Resources at Debbie’s Staffing. She has more than 20 years of human resources and staffing industry experience with a wealth of experience across a diverse range of industries. During her tenure with the company, she has held various leadership roles but currently oversees the company’s strategic human resources initiatives and alignment to organizational objectives. Angel has experience with all facets of human resources processes, policy design, training and development, benefits design and management, talent acquisition, employment law, compliance, employee relations, performance management, and compensation. She has been a change agent with a proven ability to provide line management with effective and efficient support to both external and internal clients.
Before joining Debbie’s Staffing, Angel worked as a staffing professional with the second-largest human resources provider and temporary staffing firm. She worked extensively in assisting with new and developing existing business partnerships to define strategic objectives and hiring needs and served as a subject matter expert on market trends, target industries, and specialty roles.
Angel earned her Bachelor of Human Relations with a minor Business Administration from High Point University. She holds certifications as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) and Certified Personnel Consultants (CPC) from the National Association of Staffing Professionals. She serves as Vice-Chair for Walker Thomas Lane Foundation and Area Coordinator for Blessings in a Backpack to help fight childhood hunger.
