Debbie Little, born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC, embarked on her journey of founding Debbie’s Temps, now operating as Debbie’s Staffing Services, with the unwavering support of her parents, establishing an enduring testament to her indomitable spirit and determination. Her graduation from Forsyth Technical Institute in 1971, and her 16 years of experience in the Search and Temporary Staffing industry, laid the groundwork for a storied career, characterized by remarkable achievements and a relentless pursuit of knowledge.
Throughout her illustrious career, Debbie has amassed impressive professional designations, a testament to her ceaseless dedication to honing her craft and mastering her industry. As a member of the National Association of Personnel Services, she received her Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) certification in 1978. Her expertise and leadership resonated on a broader scale, as she served in pivotal roles on the Board of Directors for the State and National NAPS, shaping the very landscape of her field. Debbie chaired the committee which wrote and established the Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) exam and was honored to be the first to receive the designation in the United States. She was recognized by the NC Association of Personnel Services as an Outstanding Achievement Counselor. She also contributed to her community by serving as a Board member for the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce, as well as the Wake Forest University Athletics Board of Directors.
Her role as CEO encompasses multifaceted responsibilities that extend far beyond the traditional confines of corporate leadership. Heinz Little, CPA, CTS
President and Treasurer

Our President and Treasurer, Heinz brought to Debbie’s Staffing Services an unparalleled wealth of expertise and a profound commitment to charting the course for both individual staff development and corporate success. His influence touches every facet of our company, propelling us toward new heights of achievement and distinction.
Hailing from Brandenburg, Germany, Heinz arrived in the United States in 1957 and embarked on a relentless pursuit of knowledge and achievement. He solidified that knowledge at the University of South Carolina, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1967. Armed with a formidable education, he ventured into the dynamic realms of finance and management.
Heinz Little's professional chronicle is marked by a distinguished legacy in the world of accounting. His tenure as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Senior Partner with esteemed accounting firms D.E. Gatewood and Co. and Touche Ross and Co., is a testament to his acumen in fiscal matters.
Beyond his professional achievements, Heinz is a dynamic force within the realm of community leadership. He has left an indelible mark on various boards, fostering growth and collaboration. He served on the Winston-Salem Chamber of Commerce Board for four years, as well as the Junior Achievement Board for five years. Serving on the Board of the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS) for four years underscores his commitment to advancing excellence in sales and professional relationships.
Heinz dedicated two years to the role of Wake Forest University Deacon Club President, further solidifying his commitment to nurturing community bonds. His five-year tenure as a Deacon Club Board member reflects his desire to contribute to the growth and vitality of the organizations he serves. Heinz also contributed to spreading knowledge in the local business community by hosting the “How to Friday” radio show for WSJS for 10 years.
Outside the corridors of business, Heinz thrives on an eclectic blend of interests. A sports enthusiast, he revels in the thrill of competition and camaraderie that sports provide and in support of this, he served on the Winston-Salem Sportsman Club for four years. The art of travel is another of his passions, enriching his perspective and infusing his leadership style with a global sensibility. He enjoys the pursuit of wine collecting, which is a testament to his discerning taste and appreciation for craftsmanship.

Quintin Williams, MBA, CTS
Chief Operating Officer

Quintin Williams, a seasoned and accomplished executive, serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Debbie's Staffing Services. With an unwavering commitment to operational excellence and a remarkable career spanning over a decade, Quintin has established an impressive legacy within our organization.
With a career trajectory marked by progressive leadership roles, Quintin brings a wealth of experience to the table. Having excelled in his current position as COO for two and half years, he has previously held key titles including a two-year tenure as Executive Vice President, seven years as Vice President, and two years as Vice President of IT and Training. His journey at Debbie's Staffing commenced with five years as the Corporate Training and Development Manager, a role that underlines his dedication to nurturing growth and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Education has been a cornerstone of Quintin's professional journey. Hailing from Rosewood, NC, Quintin began his education at Wake Forest University where he attained his Bachelor's Degree in 2004. He continued at High Point University, where he earned his MBA in 2011. His commitment to advancing his knowledge is underscored by his completion of a Strategic Innovation and Leadership Certificate from the Wake Forest University School of Business. Further solidifying his expertise, Quintin is a Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS).
Throughout his distinguished career, Quintin has garnered recognition for his exceptional contributions. Notably, he was honored as one of the Triad Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Leadership Award recipients in 2022 and made contributions to the publication "Cloud Computing: The Perfect Storm" by The Society of Business, Industry, and Economics.
Beyond the boardroom, Quintin's life journey has been characterized by unique experiences. He spent a transformative month living in Spain and pursued a career as a professional football player. It is his unparalleled drive that fuels his passion for his role, ensuring that he consistently delivers excellence.
Quintin is driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. He finds immense pride in being part of an organization that helps individuals secure meaningful employment, empowering them to provide for their families and contribute to their communities. Drawing from his competitive spirit honed through years of engagement in sports, Quintin leads a dynamic team, propelling Debbie's Staffing toward its vision of being the premier staffing provider in each of our markets.
The journey ahead for Quintin is guided by a dual pursuit of personal and professional growth. He aspires to earn a Ph.D. in Organizational Development, elevate Debbie's Staffing into a 100 million-dollar-plus organization, and continue having a positive impact on people’s lives. His commitment extends to his active involvement in various volunteer roles, including Senior Academy, Forsyth County Public Schools, the Wake Forest University Hall of Fame Committee, and the Allegacy Federal Credit Union Board of Directors. Amidst his diverse interests such as martial arts and competition shooting, Quintin cherishes the moments spent traveling with his wife Mayra, two daughters Khloe and Alaia, and their beloved canine companion, Kona.

Juan Rivera, CTS
Director of Finance

Juan Rivera is the Director of Finance at Debbie’s Staffing Services. A consummate financial professional, Juan brings a relentless commitment to driving fiscal growth and operational efficiency to his role.
Having assumed the position of Director of Finance in February of 2023, Juan leads the company's financial planning initiatives and oversees the day-to-day management of finance, accounting, and payroll programs. This pivotal role demands a comprehensive understanding of financial dynamics, compliance with tax regulations, and the application of best accounting practices.
Juan's journey within Debbie’s Staffing began as an On-Site Payroll/Supervisor in 2008. Throughout the years, he held various positions, including Staffing Specialist and Staff Accountant. These roles allowed Juan to acquire an intricate knowledge of the company's operations, enhancing his ability to contribute effectively to his position today.
Educational pursuits have also been a cornerstone of Juan's professional growth. Currently working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at Fayetteville State University, Juan has already obtained an Associate's Degree in Accounting from Forsyth Technical Community College. This combination of academic achievements and practical experience underscores his dedication to remaining at the forefront of financial expertise.
Juan's commitment and contributions have earned him several awards, including the Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS) designation, and the 2022 Debbie’s Staffing Service Award, which reflects his dedication to the success of the company as well as his fellow team members.
Juan's journey to a finance career has been unconventional. Originating from a childhood dream of working in banking, his path took unexpected turns that eventually led to his current role. This unique perspective fuels Juan's passion for financial management, as well as his drive to continuously excel.
Professionally, Juan's ambitions include achieving the role of Vice President of Finance, a goal he has diligently pursued since joining the company. On a personal level, he is dedicated to ensuring his children’s formal education, as well as sharing his upbringing by taking them to visit his hometown of Los Llanitos, San Miguel, El Salvador.
Beyond his professional commitments, Juan is an ardent soccer player and enthusiast. Moreover, his commitment to family is evident in his cherished weekly tradition of watching movies together.

Julia Ferguson, CPCU, AIC, AINS, ARM, CTS
Director of Human Relations and Risk Management

Julia Ferguson is the Director of Human Relations and Risk Management. A consummate professional, she stands as a key orchestrator within Debbie’s Staffing Services.
Julia’s journey with Debbie’s Staffing commenced in 2005 when she joined as an Administrative Assistant in Greensboro, NC. Swiftly proving her merit, she secured a position as a Service Coordinator. Over the years, her trajectory within the organization took an upward spiral, navigating roles as Account Manager and eventually assuming the mantle of Branch Manager while still in Greensboro.
The pivotal transition to the corporate office marked a significant juncture in Julia's career. In 2014, she embraced the role of Risk Management Administrator, showcasing her adaptability and proficiency in diverse areas. Recognizing her exceptional contributions, Julia subsequently rose to the position of Director of Risk Management in 2018. Since November 2023, Julia has embraced her new role as Director of Human Relations and Risk Management, a testament to her multifaceted expertise.
Julia's educational foundation is anchored by a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Complementing her academic achievements, she holds esteemed designations including Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist (CTS), Associate in Claims (AIC), Associate in Insurance (AINS), and Associate in Risk Management (ARM).
Within her current role, Julia is responsible for matters concerning workers' compensation. Collaborating closely with branch managers, staffing specialists, and client relations supervisors, along with the Safety division, she spearheads initiatives to prevent incidents and injuries. In the event of an injury, Julia diligently guides the team through the established process, working in tandem with insurance adjusters for effective claims management. Her purview extends to handling insurance-related inquiries and certificates of insurance, and more recently, she has taken on human resources matters, adding another layer of complexity to her dynamic role.
What fuels Julia’s passion for her work is the ever-changing nature of each day. Her love for the role emanates from the diversity of challenges and the continuous learning opportunities it presents.
Looking ahead, Julia envisions further professional growth, aspiring to attain the CPCU designation and Human Resources certification (SHRM-CP). This is a testament to her strategic vision and commitment to excellence.
Raised in Greensboro, NC, Julia currently resides in Kernersville, NC. Beyond the professional realm, she finds joy in spending quality time with her husband and two boys. A lover of thrills, she enjoys exploring theme parks and immersing herself in live entertainment, be it through bands, shows, or the allure of Broadway. Frank Rivera, MESH, CTS
Director of Safety and Health

Frank Rivera is a seasoned safety and health professional, steering the course of well-being at Debbie's Staffing Services with a steadfast commitment. His extensive 17-year journey within the organization is a testament to his progression from On-site Manager to the pivotal role of Director of Safety and Health.
Frank advanced through various positions ranging from Area On-Site Manager, Special Projects Manager, and Interim Branch Manager which provided him with a wealth of experience in the staffing industry. This knowledge and understanding have been essential in his success as Director of Safety and Health since 2018.
Education and training serve as a guiding force for Frank. His dedication to continuous learning is evident through various certifications, including OSHA Trainer for General Industry, CTS (Certified Temporary Staffing Specialist), and MESH (Manager of Environmental Safety and Health Programs) in 2020. Frank is focused next on obtaining his ASP (Advanced Safety Certificate).
Awards and achievements punctuate Frank's career, including the Safety Partnership Award from a valued client highlighting his commitment to excellence. His role in crafting innovative safety programs, such as Safety SWAG, reflects a dynamic approach beyond routine safety measures.
In his capacity as Director of Safety and Health, Frank coordinates a variety of safety initiatives harmoniously. From ensuring adherence to clients' GMP, PPE, and Safety Rules to twice achieving 1 million work hours without a recordable incident, his impact is profound. His diverse skill set, including welding and electrical work, adds a practical touch to his safety advocacy. Over the past 6 years, Frank, working alongside Risk Management, has reduced claims by 31%, losses by 21% and property damage by 30%.
Beyond professional responsibilities, Frank's personal goals echo his holistic approach. Raised in Perth Amboy, NJ, his community and family have always been of the utmost importance. Striving to be a better father and husband, he balances his commitment to work with personal development and charitable efforts. His involvement in volunteer work for non-profit organizations, including Second Harvest, reflects his dedication to community service.
