Our History

In March 1986, Debbie Little, CPC, CTS, founded Debbie’s Staffing Services, Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC. She believed that knowledge, integrity, professionalism and a commitment to service are the foundation of a successful business. Our President, Heinz Little, CTS, CPA joined the organization in 1987.

Today, Debbie’s Staffing has grown to service multiple locations across the U.S. We are proud to be the staffing service of choice in our markets and have worked hard to distinguish ourselves through our continued commitment to “Service First” and building strong relationships with our clients and field employees.
