Our screening process includes:
Employee Evaluation: Assessment of career goals, interpersonal skills, communication abilities, and analytical skills.
Pre-Employment Screening: Instant drug testing, background checks, credit check, social security verification, employment verification, education verification, DMV, civil court records, and/or professional licenses.
Skills Assessment: Typing, data entry, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, QuickBooks, bookkeeping, legal, medical, proofreading, WordPerfect, and customer service/call center and others based on position requirements.
